The largest egg scavenger hunt on the beach with thousands of eggs! Egg spoon races, hat contest, musical acts, dancers, special visit from Sir  Walter “Peter” Wabbit, make and take crafts, egg roll race, find special prize eggs to win: prizes, gift certificates, stuffed animals and more! Please bring your own Easter Basket for collecting eggs and prizes. Pre-reserved Timed-Entry Admission Required. All tickets sold online. No sales on site. A Weather-Dependent Event* Limited to 75 guests at each entry time. Standard admission prices apply. Event will feature music on the great lawn, vendors and take-home crafts. The butterfly house will be populated with butterflies too! The first 100 children will have a chance to release them into the house.

Fly Into Spring And Easter EGGstravaganza

The Kite Festival will take place Friday & Saturday from 10am-4pm at Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Enjoy fresh spring air, high flying kites, and an all around good time. The EGGstravaganza will take place at Jockey’s Ridge Crossing, right across the street from the dunes. On Friday and Saturday there will be Easter Egg Hunts throughout Jockey's Ridge Crossing starting at 11AM. Hunts will be broken down by age groups: 3 & under, 4-6, and 7-12. Please remember to bring an Easter Basket and stick around to get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny from 12:00-1:00pm. ADMISSION IS FREE!
