REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Dare County Tourism Board is interested in receiving statements of qualifications from firms to provide master planning services for the interim development and activation of the Soundside Event Site property located in Nags Head, North Carolina. The Board's primary goal is to optimize the utility of the Soundside Event Site over the next 3 to 5 years, increasing visitation to the Outer Banks (particularly during non-peak seasons) while considering the future development of a multi-use event center, and to enhance the Outer Banks community by providing accessible public amenities, and to complement, rather than compete with, existing Dare County facilities.  Click to view the full RFQ.
