Jason Frye fell in love with The Outer Banks in the summer of 1990 when his family made the trip from the mountains of West Virginia to the shores of North Carolina for a little change of scenery. One week on the OBX wasn't enough, so as soon as he could, Jason moved to North Carolina where he began to explore and write about every corner of the state from the Outer Banks to the Smoky Mountains, but his love his here on the coast.
