So much of the Outer Banks culture has been built on our community’s relationship with those who serve. To celebrate the history and culture, the 6th annual Outer Banks Veterans Week will be held November 1-11, 2018. OBX Veterans Week is an annual event celebrating Veterans and their families through the arts. Veterans Week kicks off on November 1 at 6 p.m. in Downtown Manteo, Hosted by The Town of Manteo.

This project is supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural & Cultural Resources. This project is also supported in part by the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau, Dare County Veterans Advisory Council, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10950. Sassagrass, an Eclectic Acoustic Bluegrass, will be live Friday, November 10 at Pamlico Jack's.
