Their team designs wedding packages with many great options ranging from simple elopements to all inclusive multi day events. They own their own rental equipment and decor and many of their vendors are in-house. Their packages include vendor meetings, tastings, and include staff to put it all together for you. Because they have their own equipment, they are very affordable!
They manage or work with multiple venues and event homes that they have carefully selected as the best in the area.

Deborah has photographed thousands of weddings in her career after receiving a Liberal Arts Degree in Photography from Chowan University. Named the Northeastern North Carolina Wedding Photographer of the year in 2020, she shoots in the style preferred by her clients. Whether posed or candid, she has perfected her craft.
Deborah’s images are edited in her office by a skilled and full time team member. Her packages include ownership of the copyrights of the Hi Resolution images. Your wedding images will be in your possession in 1 to 3 weeks. Family, Engagement, and other Portrait Sittings will be posted in 48 hours.

Violinist – Stacy Waters:
Violinist Stacey Walters has been in the Outer Banks wedding music industry since 1997. She started playing the violin at just 10 years old in Springfield, Ohio. Under the instruction of John Smarelli, a prominent concertmaster and educator, Stacey developed a deep appreciation and passion for the violin and music. After college, she played two seasons with the Northern Kentucky Symphony.
Today, Stacey has continued her love for the violin and music in the Outer Banks. She is the music director of Grace Lutheran Church By-the-Sea. Stacey plays numerous community events up and down the Outer Banks throughout the year and played several years with Heart Strings & Ivory, a classical trio. To date she estimates that she has played over 1,000 weddings since her start in 1997.
If you’re lucky, you may find Stacey jumping into the local music scene at her coffeehouse and pub, Sweet T’s Coffee Beer & Wine in Duck.

Guitarist Dr. Tom Vinick is Licensed Chiropractor By Day And A Singer, Guitarist And Performer By Night. Tom Plays Around Town In The Virginia Beach / Norfolk Area As Well As North Carolina’s Outer Banks Regularly. Michael:
Guitarist Michael has been performing professionally since the late 1990s. He has performed with the Virginia Symphony, Virginia Arts Fest, Virginia Musical Theater, and several groups and performers of various genres. His guitar playing has been featured on HGTV and in the show “Supernatural”. Michael is the Director of Contemporary Worship and Arts at Great Bridge United Methodist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia, where he also resides.

Let’s make it official
Vince Rodkey:
Officiant Vince Rodkey, although currently pastoring a church in the North Carolina Outer Banks, is also licensed in the state of Virginia.
Vince’s experience began in the wedding and event industry, long before he became a minister. For 15 years, before and while attending Mid Atlantic Christian University, he worked waiting tables, bartending, cooking, and setting up for events.
After receiving a Summa cum laude degree, with an emphasis on Youth Ministry, Cultural Anthropology and Christian Counseling, in 2002, he took a youth ministry job in Ocean View, Delaware. There he performed weddings and funerals. In 2012 he took a Senior Minister position at Avalon Church of Christ in Virginia Beach, left in 2015 to pursue social work, and in 2016 was hired as a Fatherhood Consultant with Child Development Resources, in Williamsburg, Virgina. In 2016 to present, he is the lead minister at Powells Point Christian Church.
In 2022 he purchased the rental division of 11th Hour. So you may see Vince and his crew setting up your arch, tables and chairs, then changing his attire to Officiate.
Vince’s ceremonies are designed for the couple’s vision, while reminding us God’s Blessing is most important. Smiles and laughter are always a part of his ceremony!
Diane Nordstrom:
Diane Nordstrom– Weddings bring people together in celebration and harmony. Officiant Diane Nordstrom provides couples with personalized, authentic, and unforgettable ceremonies. Crafted with personal touches that feel every bit like you, her ceremonies are full of heart, laughter, and happy tears.
A licensed, ordained wedding officiant, Diane performs religious and non-religious ceremonies, same sex marriages, and inter-faith celebrations. These include full weddings, elopements and vow renewals.
Diane believes each event should be unique. She works with couples to develop a ceremony that reflects their personal style. Her goal as an officiant is to create a meaningful ceremony that will become a lasting memory.
Officiant packages include the creation of the ceremony “script” and the filing of the marriage license.
$350-$400 wedding ceremony (depending on ceremony location)
