This is a family and walker friendly chip timed event.

Children’s Crab Crawl  8:30 am

100 yard Crab Crawl following the Sunrise 5K.

This is a family fun event on the beautiful beaches of the Outer Banks featuring the new expansive shores of Nags Head. Sunrise Appreciation, post-race and crawl, features breakfast

refreshments, and, of course, the most beautiful sunrise on the East Coast. Custom designed trophies created especially for this event for the top Male and Female winners  1st – 3rd

place. Finisher medals to all 5K and Crawl participants.


Packet Pick-up: Wednesday, June 14th, 4:00-6:00 pm

at the Outer Banks TRI Sports Store. Located at

3105 N. Croatan Hwy (Hwy 158) MP 5 in the

Seagate N. Shopping Center Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948


OR Race Morning: 6-7 am on site at Jennette’s Pier


Race Fees: includes chip timed race, event t-shirt,

post-race breakfast & refreshments and finisher medal.
