We're continuing our summer workshop series on traditional food preparation methods with a modern twist! Join local fermentation expert, Owen Sullivan of Hay Point Fermentation, and learn how to make lacto-fermented hot sauce!
At the workshop, participants will be led through the steps to make hot sauce in their own kitchen, and all will leave with a near-complete batch of hot sauce, ready to consume in a couple of weeks' time. Workshop cost includes local and organic vegetables, seasoning mix, and all materials needed for a home professional's lacto-fermentation kit.
