LISA WILLIS has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and numerous Instructor Certications including Pilates, Yoga, etc. She will teach a multi-level class integrating elements from core strength, balance training and Pilates. The course is open to all ages and all tness levels. Modifications will be given for all exercises. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat if you have one.
