The BOSU trainer is a relatively new device comprised of an inatable rubber hemisphere attached to a round, rigid platform. It can be used oneither side (BOth Sides Up) to strengthen core muscles and improve your balance. Join DENISE EDWARDS, Certied Personal Trainer and experienced BOSU Instructor, for an introduction to techniques that will enhance your overall well-being, create skilled movement and maintain self efficacy.
