1. From I-664 in Hampton, VA to I-64 Chesapeake 2. From I-64 in Chesapeake, take Exit 291 for US 17 South, VA 168 South 3. Merge right on US 17 South 4. Follow US 17 South in North Carolina 5. Take US 17 South by-pass around Elizabeth City 6. Continue on US 17 South to NC 37 South 7. Turn left on US 37 South 8. NC 37 South becomes NC 32 South 9. Follow NC 32 South to US 64 East 10. Turn left on US 64 East 11. Follow US 64 east to Roanoke Island
