Pat and Neal Moore
Pat and Neal Moore have been long-time volunteers for Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. They serve the refuge in many ways, but are certainly most well-known for their expertise in birding. They have led and continue to lead Friday morning bird walks on Pea Island year-round. They have been on call to lead by request, individuals and groups from various clubs, schools, colleges. Both have been honored by being named as Outstanding Volunteers for Pea Island- putting their names on the permanent list. “Welcome to our Outer Banks” |
