 Sharon Enoch, Chef/Owner, The Full Moon Cafe Roanoke Crab Dip Cream Cheese - 8oz Horseradish - 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning - 1 teaspoon Parsley 1 teaspoon dried Fresh crushed garlic(1 tablespoon) or garlic powder (1 teaspoon) Cream 2 tablespoon or as needed Food process all the above ingredients under you get the consistency of loose ice cream. If too thick add more cream, if too thin add more cream cheese. Bake or microwave under hot and bubbling. Serve with toasted pita points brushed with garlic olive oil. |
