![]() Mac Ritter, Outer Banks Chef Bourbon Grilled Tuna INGREDIENTS (4) 6-8 oz. fresh Yellowfin tuna steaks ½ cup hoisin sauce 1/3 cup Bourbon 1 tsp. freshly chopped ginger root 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp. rice vinegar TO COOK Whisk all ingredients together and pour over tuna steaks. Marinate 1-4 hours. Grill over live coals to desired doneness, brushing with any extra marinade. Enjoy. |
