Brackish Fishing
Fishing in the Croatan, Roanoke and Pamlico Sounds can be very rewarding. Bass season begins in April and lasts through November, with peaks in mid-April to early June and in September and October. During the summer, white and yellow perch can be caught and even some catfish can be caught in the brackish waters. |
